Processing and Preparation of All Types of Deed
What are public deeds?
A deed is a public document that is drawn up before a notary public, recording a specific event or right authorized by the notary.
A public deed is a notarial instrument that contains one or more declarations from the individuals involved in an act or contract, made before the notary, who adds the legal requirements specific to each act. The deed is then incorporated into the notary’s protocol and, where applicable, may be registered in the relevant public registers.
